Engagement Data (DISCO.ac): We track music streams, downloads, and general location (IP address) to measure the effectiveness of our professional pitches.
Automatic Data: Cookies and tracking pixels via our website host to analyze traffic patterns.
2. California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) Notice
In compliance with CalOPPA, we agree to the following:
Users can visit our site anonymously.
Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy' and can easily be found on the home page.
Do Not Track Signals: We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals, as there is no uniform industry standard for doing so.
Users will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page.
