For extra credit, it’s helpful to have stems + alt version like instrumentals, tv mix, 30 sec. cutdowns, etc.

In order to be considered “one-stop”, we need to clear both sides of the track: master + publishing
Master Side: who owns the recording? A record label?
Publishing Side: who are the songwriters? Is there a signed split sheet? (we can provide this!)
Also need to know the Publisher info (if any)

Please disclose whether any uncleared samples or A.I. were used in the track(s), as this will present licensing challenges

To ensure you don’t miss out on any back-end publishing royalties, your tracks must be registered with your Performing Rights Organization
When you land a placement, the music supervisor enters your PRO information in a cue sheet to track your royalties so a payment is never missed!
